Convenient central location, a castle in the middle of town. Breakfast is satisfying with healthy options desired. Comfy beds, though some rooms may need mattress updates. A/C heating took a while to work, but eventually resolved.

Great breakfast, well-equipped rooms, convenient location, the hotel is well suited for work and leisure visits.
Only the arrival of incorrectly calculated the expense (almost twice), and the report card machine did not show the exact amount payable. After that book at the wrong amount of money has been trouble for the cancellation of what had to borrow money from another person, because the money was intended to freeze my account for three weeks. Apart from this unpleasant situation, your hotel is really good and I really think it will come back and recommend to my friends.

This hotel was certainly quirky and in a very good location for night life. It was very near to town centre and tram lines.
Our first comfort room was a bit small with ineffective air conditioning so we upgraded to a junior suite which was great except there was no air conditioning at all. As it's in a very lively and noisy location the windows need to be kept shut so the air con is a necessity which trey need to sort out for the very hot summer months.

I like the location. Bcz I like nightlife. So this is the best place in Ostrava.
They have resturent, but if u ask lunch at 2pm they have no food, if u ask for dinner at 9pm they don't have!! I was quite disappointed that then what they make at resturent & when they serve?? They told me their cook left the job but then how I get breakfast at morning? Also they have no facility to assistence service, well I see many european hotel have no the service. But at least they should have some small troley to carry my baggadge to my room. So if somebody carry quite heavy luggage like me, then it will make u hell. Most importent they have wifi but no service. They have internet cable but no network. I am actually fed-up about this issue. After nake booking I send email personally to every hotel. Everybody tell me that they have this facility. When I arrive then some hotel say me, "sorry". The same they told me!! What a pity!!

We really got great value for our money at this hotel. The room was clean and comfortable, and the location was perfect for exploring the city. The staff treated us very well and made us feel welcome throughout our stay.
The morning meal could have been improved with a wider variety of options.

helpful staff; Ostrava itself is a nice town but not very 'touristy'......that may well be a plus for some travellers
rather gloomy feel...lots of dark wood; located on noisy street but room was towards back of hotel so slept soundly

We had a fantastic stay here! The hotel is located right in the heart of the city, on a lively and vibrant street. Despite being in such a bustling area, the rooms were surprisingly soundproofed, allowing us to enjoy a peaceful night's sleep. The hotel offers a wide range of amenities, including room service, car hire, and airport shuttle, making our stay even more convenient. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, ensuring that all of our needs were met. The room itself was beautifully furnished and equipped with all the necessary amenities, such as air conditioning, tea and coffee facilities, and a mini-bar. We especially loved the terrace, where we could relax and enjoy the view. The breakfast provided was delicious and offered a variety of options to suit everyone's taste.
We highly recommend this hotel to everyone.

The location of the hotel was perfect for my city break, right in the heart of the action! I also loved the fact that breakfast was included and it had a great selection.
I have to say that the room was a bit outdated and in need of some modernization. the furnishings and decor were slightly worn out and the lighting was poor.

We loved our junior suite room with all its extras, down to the white terrytowelling bathrobes, the view from each window and the beautiful bathroom.
Perhaps the smell of smoke when entering the foyer = it can be quite annoying when zou dont smode yourself.
